In 19921 drafted the evaluation section of a proposed Oxfam procedures manual on project management. An adapted form has provided material for the Oxfam Handbook for Development and Relief, edited by Deborah Eade and Suzanne Williams. Some similarities may be found between this guide and parts of that text, as drafts have been swapped between us.
