Under the auspices of UNIDO and UNCHS (Habitat), the international course is conceived as an active contribution of BASIN (Building Advisory Service and Information Network) to the Global Strategy for Shelter for the Year 2000. The course shall be divided into six weekly units. Subjects: earth construction technologies, wall construction, roofing, cement and binders. The participants (architects, planners, engineers, economists, sociologists) must have at least five years of professional or project experience.
