Evaluation

Level I feedback or evaluation will take place in the classroom, consisting of measurement of the objectives by various methodologies and techniques (discussion questions, small group activities, and a 20-question final examination) outlined in the lesson plans. The final examination is worth a total of 60 points while the Influence Plan is worth a total of 40 points. This evaluation serves two purposes: to evaluate the participants' degree of understanding and to determine any revisions necessary for future courses.
