I tried to build a collection several times in GSDL but in vain.

I got the following message:

The collection was built successfully but could not be
installed.
The build log contains the following information:
GAPLug: processing HASH0199.dir\doc.xml
*** creating auxiliary files
igsop collection built successfully
installing the igsop collection
build: Failed to install collection to C:\Program
Files\gsdl\collect\igsop
Collection will remain at C:\Program
Files\gsdl\tmp\tbuild37\igsop

The collection contains PDF and Word docs only

Looking forward to some useful suggestions to overcome this
problem.
