building problems-multiple document entries per list

Hello,
I have a few problems building a
collection,
Problems:
1. each document is listed twice in search result
list, titles a-z list. Why?
a copy of collect.cfg will
follow
2. Why the AZList items are not A-F, ... format?
Are a minimum number of documents for
this to take
effect?
