*Please, note the change of the URL of the conference site comparing to the previous CfP messages related to RCDL'2006. Some other refinements of the organizing committee also has taken place.* With this message we inform you that the 8th Russian Conference on Digital Libraries (RCDL'2006) will take place on October 17 - 19, 2006 in Suzdal of the Vladimir region - one of the ancient historical and artistic centers of the Russian land (170 km from Moscow). The territories of the region are located in the heart of the Vladimir-Suzdal princedom in the ancient times. The purpose of the RCDL conference series (previous seven conferences were held in St.Petersburg (1999), Protvino (2000), Petrozavodsk (2001), Dubna (2002), St. Petersburg (2003), Pushchino (2004), Yaroslavl (2005)) is to stimulate evolvement of the Russian digital libraries community and encourage research and collaboration in this field. Submissions are solicited either in Russian or in English. Please, find more details on the Conference in the Call for papers attached to this message or at the site of the Conference: *http**://www.rcdl2006.uniyar.ac.ru* We would be delighted if you would be able to take part at the conference and present a paper there.
