Hi, Does your configuration file also include HTMLPlug to actually process the extracted files? ZIPPlug doesn't automatically include any of the other plugins - it only knows how to extract files from .tar / .zip files. In your <collect>/etc directory, there should be a file called fail.log that might give more details... Hope this helps John McPherson
