Hello Aleta,

Would you try this:

1. Use a file browser to go into your Greenstone installation's
"collect" folder, then into your particular collection's folder.
2. In there, there will be an "archives" folder with many subdirectories
starting with the letters "HASH".
3. Open any one of these "HASH" directories which contain a doc.xml file.
4. Open such a doc.xml file in a text editor.
Look for any line in the file starting with:
<Metadata name="dc.Coverage...
If you can't find such an entry, look in one of the other HASH folders'
doc.xml files until you find one that does mention dc.Coverage.

The value for the metadata name is what I'd use in the format statements.
In my case it was dc.Coverage^temporal and dc.Coverage^spatial, and I
had expected the same to be true for you, but as things are not working
for you, perhaps it is different.

I think you would have done the following already, but in case you have
In GLI's Enrich panel for your collection, are you able to see the
values for these metadata that you've assigned, even if the metadata
names themselves might slightly differ in appearance (such as in terms
of capitalisation)? If not, then

1. Open your collection in GLI
2. Go to the Enrich panel
3. Press the Manage Metadata Sets button at the left bottom
4. Press the Add button
5. Choose the Qualified Dublin Core Metadata Element Set to add
6. Click Add and keep confirming until the qualified dublic core metaset
is added to your collection.
7. Assign the dc.Coverage temporal and spatial values.

If you already had this metadata set included and had the values
assigned for temporal and spatial dc.Coverage, and yet these do not turn
up in the doc.xml files inside the archives folder, then please mention
that in your email response.
