Hi,

when you run import.pl, it will add any documents in the import/
directory to the archives/ directory, which will have marked up
documents from any previous times that you ran the import.
Documents are stored in the archives/ directory with an Identifier based
on a hash of the source document, so if you change the document it will
generate a different hash, which means the archives/ directory will have
a copy of the old version as well as the new version. Perhaps this is
causing your problem (and you are viewing the old version which links to
images that are in an associated directory with an old name based on the
hash value).

Try removing the archives directory and putting all your source
documents in the import directory and then running import.pl and
buildcol.pl.
