Hi,

Hmmm.... that doesn't sound too good. When you created your new collection, did
you base it on the demo collection, or was it a purely new collection? Which two
folders did you use?

Did you see any warning or error messages when building the collection? Try going
to File -> Preferences and change the mode to Expert, then re-build. Are there
any warning or error messages now?
