Hi Raitis,

Both Windows and Linux are fine to use. We develop under Linux, but most
people use Windows.
Windows installation is easier because it uses Install Shield.
But Linux is a bit nicer for developers because it comes with compilers.

I would recommend using the OS you are most familiar with.
