Further to my e-mail last week, we have split the "Workshop Materials"
package into two parts: one containing the one-day June 2004 workshop, the
other containing the three-day November 2003 workshop. This will hopefully
make the workshop materials a little more accessible, and also means that
you only have to download just what you want.
