Hi Katherine
I try to run it from a command : root@ubuntu : /usr/local/Greenstone2#? ./gs2-server.sh??? I have the following message : ading in executable path for apache-httpd?? but gsdl does not start. Sometimes when I try to start apache2, I have this message : invalid command 'server lang=en', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration Best regards Emmanuel

Hi Emmanuel How are you starting it? by double clicking? Try running it from a command prompt - do you see any errors on the terminal? Have you installed into a path with spaces in it? This doesn't work. If you have done this, please try a different location with no spaces. Oran has tried it here on an Ubuntu machine. The server starts up for him. One problem is that it doesn't launch a browser. But if he starts up a browser himself, then he can access the library. Regards,
