Hi Katherine,

Thanks for replying. I am actually using the Librarian's download
functionality and querying only one OAI repository using the OAI option.
There is an option to bring down more than one record from the
repository and I am using that option. Do you know if there is a way to
save these records in separate files even though they are coming from
the same repository?

I also want to sneak in another question. Is there a way to allow the
preview of a collection by others as in "publishing" the collection so
others can access it?

Thanks again,

What exactly are you doing? Are you downloading several times, perhaps
with different sets, from the same OAI repository?
I think that the records are saved into a file named for the repository,
so if you are doing several downloads from different repositories, then
they should go to different files.
But several downloads from the same repository probably overwrite each
And when you say file, do you mean source document file, or OAI record
set file? or individual record?
