Hi again,
I have been trying to find out the problem for 3 days with no success.
I located a similar question in the mail archive

The HTML documents in my test's collection not breaking up to books and
chapters.
I have even used a demo html file to be sure there are no mistakes in
description's tag.

It is not working at all! I cannot split this book to chapters.
