I kindly ask you to answer my questions concerning the work with Greenstone software as follows:

1. Can I in Greenstone 2.6 add one item in different collections or subcollections
(bookshelf) - in what way?
2.Can I control the document access and in what way?
3.Can I hide document from some user groups?
