I have been working on Greenstone for a while. During this period, I
have made quite a bit of modification on the macrofiles. Now, I would like
to package the collection with the customized macrofiles and burn it on CD.
How can I do that?

I know Greenstone has a built-in CD packaging function, but it won't
transfer all my customized macrofiles into the package; in addition, I am
also using MGPP which I don't think is supported by any Greenstone version
earlier than 2.39.
