sheet was not loaded because the web server served it with a content type
of "text/plain" instead of "text/css". I presume that Internet Explorer
does its usual trick and ignores the content-type given by the webserver,
which is why the formatting works in IE and not mozilla. If you are
using a full-fledged web server such as apache or IIS, make sure it's
configured to send the correct content type. If you're using the
greenstone web library on windows, then it's a bug in our server software
that needs to be fixed.
If that isn't the cause of the formatting problems, please contact me
again off-list and I'll investigate further.
