Yeah, sorry for the misleading statement... I was looking into this
again yesterday, and the 'cgiarg' setting only seems to be global, not
per-collection. Using the 'receptionist' setting will only work for
urls accessed from the home page. Maybe modifying the receptionist to
accept 'cgiarg' settings on a per-collection basis would be
worth-while?
