Hi,

Please delete the plugins.dat file from C:Documents and
Settings<Username>Application DataGreenstoneGLI, then rerun the GLI
and open your collection. Are there any errors parsing the plugin
information?

PS Yes, you can edit the collect.cfg file manually and this will work fine.
