Hi again,

This is the Error message i get after I deleted the Index Directory and "Completely Build" the Files:

Command: C:Program FilesGreenstonebinwindowsperlbinPerl.exe -S C:Program -gli -language en -collectdir C:Program FilesGreenstonecollect trial> ERROR: Couldn't open fail log C:Program FilesGreenstonecollect rialetcfail.log> Died at C:Program line 283.> Command failed.

Appreciate any help...

Thx and Regards,

If you get the index can not be deleted message, its due to GLI not
being able to delete the index directory, because something has locked
the files. If you think its not locked, then you can manually delete the
index directory (greenstonecollectcollnameindex), and rebuild.

When trying the incremental version, try changing modes to expert and
rebuilding - does the output tell you what's gone wrong?
