I found the solution. Greenstone don't like french accent in the filenames.

Subject: [greenstone-users] metadata ignored

I have just learned how Greenstone works.

I have created a new collection based on DC metada and I've added 7 documents. I've enriched them with metadata and I've created 3 classifiers based on dc.title, dc.creator and dc.subject

I've built the collection. But the problem is, when I preview it, only 3 documents are shown on title or author. I can see the other 4 documents if I do a search or change the classifier to extracted metadata.

I went to the greenstone directories to try to undersatnd why and found that the metadata are in the metadata.xml in the import directory but not in the doc.xml in archives.

So I would appreciate if anyone could help me with this problem.
