Currently PagedImgPlug can only handle images and text files.
What you could try is to add a metadata element to the document, which
has a URL for the complete file. The PDF file wouldn't be included in
the collection, but as long as it was accessible via http, then you
could link to it using the metadata.
Eg. make a directory in the collection with the extra files in it
Then in the format statement,
"Download the complete book, click <a href='[CompleteFile]'>here</a>"
