Hi C?cile

What kind of documents do you have? Some file types don't display their
extracted metadata, such as bibliographic files.
Do your documents have non-Latin characters in their filenames? Perhaps
the matching up of the extracted metadata in the archive files with the
file in the import directory is not working.
Have you checked in the archive doc.xml files that there is extracted
metadata?
If you have got a file in the collection with a Latin filename, check
its metadata - can you see extracted metadata here?

Regards,
Katherine
