Hi Galya,

Have you checked the permissions on that file?

I ran into a similar error message when I tried to open a collection as
different user as I created it with. This was a simple case of not
having the right permissions.

I would also try opening it with notepad, then you could see if the file
contains sensible data.

I wouldn't expect the .col file to be in the Application data GLI
directory, but I guess anything is possible...

On my machine greenstone .col files are in the location: C:Program
