I had the same problem... So I've changed "cgi-bin/library/gliserver"
to "cgi-bin/library/gliserver.pl" and although it stops the error I was
getting previously, I now get a new one when I try to create or open a

After this, if I close the GLI and start it up again, the preferences
revert to "cgi-bin/library/gliserver" and I need to change it back to
