Hi

Sorry, I had forgotten that greenstone does different things when the
format statement starts with <td> or not.
So please try this instead.

<td
valign="top">{If}{[numleafdocs],[link][icon][link],[srclink][srcicon][/srclink]}</td>
<td valign="top">{If}{[numleafdocs],[Title] <b>([numleafdocs] items)</b>,
[dc.PersonalName] : [dc.Date] : [dc.Coverage^district] : [dc.Title]}</td>

I have moved the <td> tags to outside of the {If}{} statement. And
therefore needed to use the If twice.
Hopefully this will work (haven't tested it).
Cheers,
Katherine
