As far as I know, changes to the format statements do not require a r=
ebuild.=20
You can just edit the collect.cfg file and save the changes. If you =
are using=20
the gli, you will probably need to close the collection after you mak=
e the=20
format changes so the collect.cfg file is written out and saved.
