the identify command works fine (i think)

http://www.openarchives.org/data/registerasprovider.html - to register everything needs to conform - and while Identify verb and the ListMetadataFormats verb both work, the ListIdentifier verb throws an error

otherwise i think everything is ok - mapping the metadata from the greenstone3 exploded set over to dc....
