Have you checked that the ImagePlug programs are on your search path? Try opening a DOS Prompt, and running "identify". If you get a "program not found" error, you need to add
the folder where the ImagePlug programs are to the PATH variable.
Do you get any error messages when importing, or are your image files just never mentioned?
