Dear Sir

I have about 12000 odd pdf images. I tried putting all of these under
different folders under a collection "Periodicals" as i wanted to base the
'search query' on all the 12000 files. But i am finding it difficult to
'Build' the collection as it takes a long time. Can i place the above files
in different collections and still search in all of them at the same time.
I understand the possibility of have combined search in two or more
collections. But i would like to have only one Collection icon displayed on
the home page rather than all the collection icons but still be able to
search all the collections.
