If your documents have a flat page structure, as with the project gutenberg
collection on you shouldn't need to do anything to get
next/previous page links. I'm assuming that's not the case and your
documents are more like those in the humanity development library.

That being the case there's unfortunately no easy way to do this since the
DocumentArrowsBottom format option is broken (I do plan to fix that
sometime, honest).

You might be able to do it by creating metadata for the next and previous
section within each section of each document then creating links to these
within a DocumentText format statement. Assigning section level metadata
would require that you make some changes to the perl code in the plugin
processing your documents however so is not an easy exercise.
