I use notepad to edit the content of the file metadata.xml and save it with format “UTF-8”. After that, I use command line to build collection. When I import my documents, an error dialog appears “ perl.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.  We are sorry for the inconvenience”. When I save my metadata.xml file with format  “ANSI”,it’s OK ! Because my mother language is Vietnamese, so I have to build the file metadata.xml with format “UTF-8” to show Vietnamese characters. Can you help me?
