On training workshops,

I understand it is easier for developers to have a workshop in Asia
for the proximity.

It will be interesting to explore the possibility of having a workshop
in Latin America; I do not have much local funds now but my country
-Panama- could be a good host site for it (it's right in the middle) if
the idea floats up.

It will be interesting also if LA's UNESCO regional offices considers the
diffusion and support of GSDL as it does with it in other regions.
