Building PDF Collection shows mirror inverted images in converted format.

Subject	Building PDF Collection shows mirror inverted images in converted format.
I have tried building collection of PDF files. All goes well. However when I try to view the text version of the PDF files in the collection, it displays the images in the PDF files inverted like mirror images. What is the problem? any idea?.
