I've trying been trying for several days to get the language pack
installed, but am having trouble with the installer. Regardless of
options, it won't run. It will always reports:

This application requires a Java Run Time Environment (JRE) to run.
Searching for one on your computer was not successful. Please use
the command line switch -is:javahome to specify a valid JRE. For more
help use the option -is:help.

Is there some reason why this has to be run via a GUI? Is there a
tar archive of the files somewhere?
