Is there a reference somewhere that defines all of the "built-in" macros
that can be in a collect.cfg file? I know that metadata elements can
be referenced this way, like [Title], but I'm unsure about some others.
For example, [icon], [srclink], etc. I see references to them in the
source, but I don't know where they're being defined.
