Hi Lian

What metadata are you using to build the titles index? Check the
browsing classifiers section of the design pane. If you are using the
default settings, the titles list will be using extracted titles: ex.Title.
Have a look at the extracted metadata in the enrich pane - are there any
titles for the word documents. Greenstone plugins try to extract
metadata from source documents but sometimes they can't. Probably no
titles were extracted from the Word documents. You can add dls.Title
metadata to those documents, then change the metadata option for AZList
to "dls.Title,ex.Title", and all your documents should show up in the
titles list.
