Dear Mahalakshmi,

Please note, Greenstone presents the collected objects through its own
interface. Greenstone, after building the collection, saves it in its own
internal folders (C:\program files\greenstone\collect\[collection name]).
In the case of PDF files (if not complex PDF files), when collected with
the PDF plugin which is normally taken by default, you will get the
collection output interface giving you facility to view the HTML as well
as the PDF versions of the file. After the collection is built, go ahead
and preview the collection (you can pick up the collection from 'Home'
also) and see whether the same is built properly. If not, you may have to
once again look for whether the installation is proper or not. In any

Hope this helps. Please feel free in case you face any further problems.

Best wishes.
