|Subject||[greenstone-users] Building in PHP a dynamic link to a document search by indicating collection name and document name|
I'm trying to alert by email the users of my site with a link to a new document uploaded in their collection of preference. I can see that while making directly on greenstone a search by title I have a link like this :
http://[IP_ADRESSE]/gsdl/cgi-bin/library?a=q&r=1&hs=1&e=q-01000-00---0[Collection_Name]--00-1--0-10-0---0---0prompt-10-VI--4-------0-1l--11-en-50---20-about---00-3-1-00-0011-1-0utfZz-8-00&fqf=VI&t=1&q=[Document_name] where [Document_name] represent the name of the document that is being searched. So the fact is that, from my PHP program I use all the link above as a string in which I append dynamically the [Collection_Name] from a variable ($collection) and also the document name [Document_name] from a variable ($document). What I can see as result is that The name of the collection is properly appended but the document name even I can print it value and make sure that it exists, It's couldn't be append at the end of the link string. I don't why. I try several thing but no result.
Hoping I make sense in my explanation, please come for help. I need to have it fixed for my Diploma presentation next week !
