If you want all navigation links, including the browsing buttons AND the global links (HOME, HELP & PREFERENCES), you can simply edit the css file (gsdl/images/style.css):

1. Find the section that defines a.navlink
2. Add: text-transform : uppercase;

If you want ONLY the browse buttons in capital letters, email me and I'll walk you through that, but please try the above first.
