An update: I just discovered that all seems to work again after I delete
this file from Greenstone root folder:

llssite.cfg

It seemed to have the exact same information as glisite.cfg and it was
created today. So maybe that caused the problem.?But where did it come from?

Any help or more details on what causes the problem however is greatly
appreciated!
