Hi,
I think the problem is that our AZ classifiers really are only
look at "A" to "Z" - ie in English. I think part of the problem
is that accented letters get sorted differently in different
languages. Eg in some languages, some accented A chars get sorted
after 'Z', and other accented A chars get sorted after 'A'.

That said, only considering english letters seems like a bit of
a cop-out, and I'm sure our classifiers could be improved
somehow.....
