How can I do Greenstone's initail installation from the software CD if I am connected to inter net via Porxy setting and doing without proxy is impossible ? I have attempetd in several times but it fails.

How can the collection be transferred to a CD-ROM ? or Where can I find the information on creating CD-ROM collectiions through Greenstone ?
