Sorry I misunderstood the question. The idea was (of course) not to get
the dialog at all. Try to burn this gsdlsite.cfg on the CD:


In fact I think you can add any parameter (e.g. port number) as long as
it's not a path.

To extend Rene's point a little further, you can easily change the
code so autoenter is on by default. You'll need Microsoft Visual C++
recompile the source code, however.
