The support form actually gets sent to me. It works ok as I
get plenty of mail from it but from a quick look back I
can't find anything from Varinia Godoy. Perhaps I lost it,
perhaps it lost itself before getting here. Don't know,
sorry about that.
I answer requests to the support form as quickly as I can
but I do have other priorities so it sometimes takes up to a
week to get a response. This may change in the future as we
have plans to share out responsibility for this service
rather than having it all done by me. Even so, the preferred
place to ask for help is on one of the mailing lists, not
the support form.
