Hello Ed,

Yes, you could write a plugin. Alternatively, you can convert your xml
files (containing DublinCore metadata) to the Greenstone metadata file,
the schema of which is available at
(use "view -> page source" of Mozilla to view it)

The "demo" collection shipped with Greentone contains metadata sample
files (metadata.xml) which can be found in the "import" directory.
Also, there are several predefined metadata sets in gli/metadata directory.
