This can be done by customizing the DocumentVList format statement.
1. select GLI->Format->Choose Feature->Document and Format->Choose
2. click "Add Format"
3. replace <link>[icon]</link>
with <a target="_blank" href="/cgi-bin/library?e=d-00000-00---off-0gsarch--00-0----0-10-0---0---0direct-10---4-----dfr--0-1l--11-en-50---20-about-sw64%26%2364%3Bcs%2ewaikato%2eac%2enz--00-0-1-00-0-0-11----0-0-&a=d&d=[DocOID]">[icon]</a>
