I believe you have done a search at a section level but are
outputting the metadata from the document level. My guess is that
somewhere in your format statements [parent.title] is specified
before [title] or [dc.title]. Flipping those priorities might fix it. Another cause could be that you may have no section level title
metadata so it's falling back on the document level metadata.
