Hi Rich,

From what I can find from a quick Google on this, these "Web Archive"
files are MHTML files and have a .mht extension (see It seems that this
format is based on RFC standard 2557: compliant Multipart MIME Message
(ie. they very similar to e-mails).

I don't know enough about the Greenstone EMAILPlug to tell you if it
would support these files, but I'd say it would be the best place to start.
